State Police vehicle clocks northbound traffic from bridge (Bancroft Road (first bridge past PENNDOT barricks,) no entry or exit onto Route 1, very hard to see from bypass) radioing ahead to 3-5 shoulder parked State trooper vehicles 1/8 mile north of bridge on Bypass 1.
