State Route 15 near Old Frederick and Hansonville Crossing
Maryland State will sit in the cross over as you come south and when you come around the bent in the road they get you or they will sit on Hansonville Rd and as you pass it they come out and get you Im a courier and travel this road alot. Out of 5 days they are there 3 days
