About 1/3 of the way down the hill, troopers sit in median.
Also troopers sit on the westbound ramp leading to Route 17.
Lastly, going eastbound about 2miles from entrance from exit 81, troopers sit on left side in a turnoff. You don't see them until you are on top of them.
