State Route 28 near The Only Overpass Between Exits
Westbound for 422, Southbound for Route 28. After crossing the Graff bridge, about 1/2 mile up, there is an overpass, he hides on the other side of it and you can’t see him until you get to the other side, by then, it is to late. He used to sit there only in dry weather, since it was mud when wet, but the road was recently repaved, so they paved his hole. I have seen him nail people from this point! Also, 422 Eastbound, as soon as your pass the on ramp when 28 northbound merges with 422, after you go under the overpass, he sits in the middle, goes back and forth between clocking east and westbound traffic. He is highly visable after you pass the overpass.
