State Route 30 By-Pass near State Route 100
Traveling eastbound on ByPass Route 30 before crossing over Route 100 right after the Downingtown onramp.
The spotter sits up in the "eagles nest" in the office complex parling lot on that hillside on the right before you pass the large rusty train bridge. He will clock you around the Downingtown onramp and send the chaser to pull you right around the Rt100 exit. This trap is deadly because you have no sightline to the spotter. If you are lucky you’ll see the chaser off to the right side about 1 mile ahead just after the train bridge.
