State Route 31 near Beverly Avenue
Patrol car will sit on the South Side of Route 31 directly across from Lockport Memorial Hospital at the intersection of East Ave and Alexander Street (Near the Veterans Memorial). You can spot them as you’re heading out of the city, but if you’re inbound, you’ll never have a chance.
