State Route 38 near State Route 90
State trouper hides in driveways, parking lots, ect. Speed limit is 30mph through the "main street" of the town. You WILL get pulled over going anything over 30mph. If you are not speeding trouper will follow you as far as the next town (Moravia) to intimidate you.
