State Route 518 near Lambertville Hopewell Turnpike
The speed limit is 45 mph. A cruiser is places at the bottom of a long, high hill. Cars traveling east, out of Hopewell on Rt. 518 (Lambertville Hopewell Tpk) about 1/2 mile west of Rt. 31 are the target.

Watch out. Speed limit is 40 (forty) NOT 45 ; particularly prone to be exceeded Eastbound down this long steep hill.
