State Route 77
At night there is always a car in the area just north of the Ford dealership until just before the turn off to San Manuel. This is true at all times of day or night. Sometimes they are mobil but at night they have been seen parking on the flip side of hills off the road, in business driveways, off roads, etc. This guy is a state officer.
