When Traveling 78 East Bound, be very very careful. 78 speed limit is 65 mph. Thats what you want to drive. After the Jugtown mountain near exit 11, State Police cars sit at the top of the entrance ramp of 78 shooting the Lasar gun as the traffic moves away from them. The police cars are not visible to the road at all. You can only see the police car after you have passed the entrance ramp by looking in the rear view mirror. Stay out of the left hand lane too.
