Usually patrolled by either State Troopers or County Police. Right at the split there is a bridge, the police like to sit infront of the supports that hold up the bridge on the median. You will not see them until you pass them. The posted speed is 55, but ofcourse no one does that. I have seen them more often then not in the morning. However I have also seen them their in the afternoons. If you are heading into the city, and you see the signs for the split, I recommend slowing down to 55 untill you pass.
