State Route 88 near State Route 30
Route 30 / Main Street through Hampstead is congested. When you turn east on Route 88 toward Black Rock Road, you encounter a wide, new, empty road engineered for high speed. The limit, however, is 40. Hampstead town police wait in a skate board park and pull you over.
