State Route 9W near Railroad Bridge Overhead Crossing
I know multiple people who have been stopped for speeding headed north on Rt 9W as you leave the town of Catskill. Trooper sits under the Railroad bridge and gets you as you start to speed up approaching the 55mph sign.
