State Route Rte. 64/North Ave. near Manheim Road
Heading East on North Ave. Just after the the Manheim Rd. overhead, They sit in the car wash parking lot and get you just as you come out of the low spot. You don’t see them till it’s too late.

This is not in Northlake, but in Stone Park. Manheim Road is the dividing line between the two.
