Sterns Avenue near Cochran Street
This is a Left turn lane trap. The traffic on Sterns bottlenecks from the High School traffic in the AM. If you enter the center divider more than 200ft before the left turn lane they will get you. They sit just south of Cochran on the left as you head north.
