Cops sit in at the bottom of the hill going up to the apartment complex on the right (if you are headed towards first from twin lakes). It is just after the light at Winco – kiddie corner from IHOP. They catch people who pick up speed coming around the corner. They are motorcycle cops who sit there making them harder to see.
