My daughter’s car broke down along that stretch and an Addison cop was writing a ticket and wouldn’t come to help her. When he did finally come over, he threatened to have the car towed if she couldn’t get it off the street. Then when we pushed it into a parking lot, he didn’t help, just sat in his squad and watched.
