The East Mall Road near Southbound, South of Bloor, in front of Cloverdale Mall
The residential area ends, but speed limit is still posted as 40 km/h. There will be no cop cars around, as they are parked in the mall’s lot. Cop sits with the tripod RIGHT in the bus stop (sometimes even in the bus shelter, since lidar is user) then jumps in the middle of the road and points at you. Just one cop, usually. So that’s right in front of the Cloverdale Mall, going southbound.
