Tobyhanna Road near Approaching Route 507 in Gouldsboro Crossing
(Also uses visual speed estimtes by officers.)
State troopers sit at three different locations along Tobyhanna Road at the Wayne and Monroe County border. The troopers sit back from the road, and are hard to spot.
There is almost nowhere for them to pull you over going toward Tobyhanna, but once you turn onto Route 507 in Gouldsboro, there are plenty of places to stop you, so they may mainly look for people travelling into Wayne County from Monroe County (into Gouldsboro from Tobyhanna).
