Town City Drive in Parking Lot Across From Bally Total Fitness
This is a service road entrance to the shopping mall. The cop sits in the parking lot behind a row of trees across from Bally Total Fitness. He is there more often in mornings hours.

Great way to raise revenue with the Bally traffic. This is a perfect speed trap. The speed limit just seems way too slow for this section of road. I stopped going to that strip mall after hearing of so many friends who got a ticket in the section of abandoned road.
