Upper Bay Road near Johnson Space Center
Speed limit is 25mph throughout city with the exception of one road where the speed limit is 30mph. One officer on day shift will pull you over at 5mph over the speed limit and write a ticket at 7mph over. This offcer rarely gives warnings. Observe all traffic sings and come to a complete stop at all stop signs.

VERY ture! I live on upper bay road and everyday i see at least 2 people pulled over for not stopping at the stop signs!
