They sit along the hiway past the stop light going north, or closer to the light, these guys arn`t afraid to break the law. Eather that or there turn siginals and speedometers dont work, as you get out of town they will come flying up on you like there going to stop you then turn back around and go to Fowler. It`s happend to me, I guess they are obove the law, these are Town Police in a white darango and a white car. all marked Town of Fowler
