US Highway 150 near West of Par-A-Dice Casino

The stretch of RT 150 that runs between the Par-a-Dice Casino and Interstate 74 is a favorite spot for cops. The limit is 45 MPH on a 4 lane, but it’s easy to get up to 55+.

This is in East Peoria, not Peoria.

The section between the Casino and I-74 is mostly 40 MPH not 45 MPH. Most traffic exceeds this by 7 to 15 MPH. There are lots of patrol cars present because East Peoria, State Police, County Police, and Park Police all use this streach to and from their assign duties. Drive carefully.
