US Highway 40 near area surrounding the prison in many miles
They will often sit 5 or 6 cars below the highway waiting for someone to go even 1 mile an hour over. They stop people for not having headlights on when even it is not necessary yet. They have ticketed people for going slowly around an officer so not to hit anyone, while he was giving another motorist a ticket. Totally ridiculous as it is the law TO slow down. It is a trap for anything and everything they can find to stop, harass and ticket you for.
