US Highway 422 Business near Philadelphia Street
This is while you’re travelling along the 422 business route after taking the Philadelphia St. exit off of US 422. Once up above the hill, about a mile down or so sits a trooper on the right side. It’s very easy to go above the speed limit on this road.
