Posted speed limit is 45. School zone limit is 25 during certain hours and if you are in traffic with tractor trailers you will not see the School zone limit sign.

This post is highly inaccurate. The signs showing it is a school zone is posted on wires with lights just as traffic lights are placed. If anyone has an advantage it is the tractor with trailers. They sit up to where it is right above their heads. If you choose to speed when the school zone is in effect, try telling the parents of the kid you kill that it was just a speed trap!
It is indeed a speedtrap! The police will pull you over after you've passed the school zone and passed completely through town & cite you for exceeding the limit in the school zone - and will falsify the time the ticket was written i.e. time of infraction listed on the ticket as 2:57 when you are pulled over at 3:16. I'm living proof of that. So get a lawyer to represent you in traffic court and they will throw it out.
