I just got pulled over today for so called doing 56 in a 35 mph which is so not true. First of all, the speed limit clearly is 25 mph and i was doing 35 MAX. I seen the officers about a mile away parked by the rotary and slow down to about 30. I seen another car zooming in front of me and i was just saying to myself, that person gonna get stopped/ I never do high speeds by the rotary... A BIG DUH Any who. the officer stopped me and said i was doing 56. I knew it was a LIE so bad. I asked him why he is pulling me over. He said i was speeding. He said, do you know how fast you was going. I said i was doing 35 then he said, do you know the speed limit as if he did not know. I told him yes, 35mph then it drops to 25mph by the rotary, my job is up the street and i drive here all the time. Then he said... WOW you are right but you was doing 56MPH I said, that cant be true, i have stick shift and i never reached 4th gear to even go that fast. He said, License and reg. I told him no, i dont have anything, my job is up the street and my stuff was locked in the draw from friday. I gave him a debit card and it did not have my name on it. he gave it back and said, no name. I said oops and gave him another debit card. Then he asked me for my Social, I was like way, he said "I can find out who you are anyway" Then I said, why even ask for my social #. I did not give him Sh*T. he came back after 20 minutes of my time wasted with a ticket for $210. He gave me a warning for no license and no registration. Then let me go. I just wanted to be an ass hole and ride down the same street because to do the same speed limit i was doing. HA HA HA, they did not stop me and I was going just as fast 35-40 on a 25 MPH road. I wanna fight the ticket because they put the time wrong when it happened. Officer did not know the speed limit. (he had to ask me) They just stopped me because i have loud exhaust with black car, black rims, and black tint, black person. i hate bringing race to this case. but the officer that originally so called said i was speeding was WHITE and they sent the black officer to my car while he let the first person go with a cheaper ticket who was driving much faster then me. They showed me the radar and it said 56 on it, but it did not say what lane, or which car and it said 1072 ft which is impossible, just came off side street which is less then 862ft :-( that means someone else was speeding before me and they did not catch who they wanted. so they figured it was me. they said radar dectors are accurate, but they are not. THE SPEED RANGE is what matter. because before you see 25MPH the original speed limit is 35MPH which you are allow to do 40MPH. State police messing with the wrong person with this cheap trap. its unfair that they just dont deter traffic instead of playing catch. show the people you are there STOP TRAPPING PEOPLE. its not right and its not funny. you wanna get bad people off the road, get those who dont care about if you there of not.
