Vidor Texas on interstate 10
Motorcycle cop sits at the bottom of a hill and stops cars when going down the incline. the car picks up a couple of miles during the climb which allows the cop to clock you at the highest rate. I was exceeding the speed limit by 5 miles ( which would be ignored by many other officers with more important issues to monitor) and was ticketed at 7 miles over the limit at the bottom of the hill. My advice is to go 5 under the speed limit on Interstate 10 when traveling through Vidor Texas. Also I believe if the cop can tell that you are not a Vidor resident you have a higher probability of getting stopped.
