At the end of Washington ave ext near Brevator ave. There is a state trooper or albany police car on patrol on the right hand side. They hide between the trees just at the end of the ext.

Yeah, just past the Rte 85 overpass where 45 goes to 30. Same spot as Jermain, above, really. (Washington before Colvin, eastbound.)
