WC – northbound Bypass near 202/rt 30 Bypass
Never saw it before, but on the West Chester bypass headed toward Exton, the speed limit drops to 45mph (I had no idea) and there was a cop waiting for me right on the other side of the overpass (near train station entrance)… A few others were being pulled over simultaneously on Saturday morning. Method used was marked "ESP" on the ticket. Never noticed the lower speed limit sign but the officer told me it changed about 1/2 mi before that overpass.

This is a good tip - I was not aware of that 45 mph change, either. CLASSIC trap because you're traveling down a very long and steep hill naturally picking up speed. However, this is not on the West Chester bypass - this stretch of road is called the "Route 100 Spur." It connects Route 100 from where it breaks off southbound from the Exton Crossroads to the WC Bypass.
