West bound service road between Ridge Road and Horizon
12-25-09 8:00 PM Rockwall PD pulled me over not for speeding but expired registration sticker. It was pitch black and I still don’t know how he saw it. I never saw him until he hit his lights from behind just before the intersection of Horizon and I-30 westbound service road just before Snuffer’s.
