Police hide in parking lot of Phila Cricket Club (the side of the road the clubhouse is on. 25mph limit, hill at lot entrance – will tolerate up to 40, but not above. Caught on a Saturday at dusk heading West (downhill), got off with warning – no points $120 ticket for "failure to obey official trafic safety device (25mph sign)" at 49.7
