I got nabbed here with laser going east bound. After crossing the Tualitan river, the speed limit used to be 45. They lowered it to 35 even though there are no cross streets between dollar and Jenny. There is no safety concern here. It is likely a move to generate more citation income. Luckily I got the ticket before they lowered the spped limit or the fine would have been heftier. My friend was not so lucky. The officer is parked on the south side of the road, ready and armed with his laser.
