Windy Point is a wide street giving easy truck access to a mostly industrial area. The posted limit is 25, but it is hard not to do more unless you are familiar with how much the police like this street. I take it early morning and afternoon rush hours (around 6am and 3pm) and frequently see squad cars in one of the many industrial driveways. Early 2006 saw them mostly east, closer to the intersection of Polo Club. In later 2006, they also hide further west, behind the built up landscaping of the larger industrial sites. Enforcement seems to happen at week-long stretches every month or two. They seem to tolerate up to almost 35.
