Cops sit in the median at night by West Fork bridge and also moving patrols all day long. He stated they have a problem with drag racers, excessive speeding and following too close on the parkway. The cops park in Walgreen’s parking lot facing the bridge over the interstate. They’re clocking cars crossing the bridge (you can’t see the police cars due to the arc of the bridge). They realize that a vehicle in the left lane at the off ramp of exit 1 must accelerate in order to merge right and turn right onto Tiny Town road. There is often more than one cop parked there and they are specifically targeting Soldiers. When pulled over, the first question the cop asked me was, "are you a Soldier". When he returned, the ticket was already written out, no warning, no flexibility, nothing.
