Franklin, Tennessee Speed Traps
State Route 96 East near Pinkerton Park
Cops and one officer in particular stand out in the road with a radar gun and flag cars over into the park for speeding. The speed limit is 30 mph. I got a ticket from the same officer twice and my husband got a ticket too. When I went to court everyone at court was complaining about the same officer! I guess the whole city should be listed as the tickets were from everywhere and even the judge called the officer a regular.
