Union Avenue near East Parkway
One street East of East Pkwy, West of Hollywood, the Po Po set up almost every day.
Sam Cooper Boulevard near Tillman Street
Ever since the new police station opened on Tillman, cops have swarmed the area for issuing tickets. When you are going Westbound (i believe) heading towards mid-town on sam cooper, you will go down a hill in which the speed limit changes to 40 from 55. The cop sits down on the hill in a perfect spot made just for cops and has a radar device. This is all before Tillman comes up. And generally, the interesection of Tillman and Sam Cooper is a hot spot for cops now so be careful.
Interstate 40 near New Bridge
Just as you cross over the new bridge from Arkansas about half a mile there’s an overpass (Danny Thomas Blvd). Police will sit beyond this bridge out of sight on the right and gun people throughout the day. Also up another mile where I-40 splits into I-240 2 or 3 cops will sit on the left amid the construction hidden behind the median wall.
Chimneyrock Lane near Germantown Parkway
Early mornings during school, the cops sit at the school zone (shrouded by trees, and very far away from a gentle winding curve), and clock you coming around the turn before you look 0.2-0.3 miles up the road (near the traffic light and the school) – before & after the school zone is no longer in effect for that area. i got popped twice in the same location. learned to look down the road as i was coming around the turn.
