Sit in the parking lot of an old county building

Police hide in the bushes at the old gas station parking lot(gas station is no longer there)

They park in the apartments circle driveway on the left side going towards the cemetary where you can not see them from either way, then stand by a the large apartment sign where you can not see them and give tickets to people leaving funerals. This happened to me and while I was there they pulled over over 6 more. Its a shame they have to pull people over when they are paying thier repects to a lost loved ones.

a cop dresses like a homeless guy carrying garbage bags of aluminum cans, but he has a radar gun and a radio. When he sees speeders he calls for police officers in marked cars to stop them.

The Alvin PD like to park at the Rice Dryers and catch speeders coming over the RR Tracks. Trust me, I work for the city and have been pulled over a few times at this location. You never see them til the last moment.
