US Highway 59
This town has US 59 running right through the middle of it for 6-8 miles. Speed drops to 60 mph and down to 50 mph as you approach town from the south. The city cops and an occaisonal state trooper can be found there at any time. Hilly terrain and numerous businesses offer plenty of hideouts (bowling alley, abandoned shopping center, etc.). They patrol back and forth at all hours of the day. When you leave the north side of Atlanta, you are in Queen City that also has a 50 mph speed limit. Drivers beware. They give no tolerance.
