I-20
On interstate 20 in Canton where the construction has the highway down to one lane of traffic on either side–many times I have seen officers waiting on the service road to bust the cars that decide that the line of traffic is too long to wait in and so they cross the grass to get onto the service road to bypass traffic. The cop stands on the road outside of his car and just points to the cars to pull over. When he gets a nice long line of cars pulled over he starts handing out the tickets and starts over again. Not really a speed trap, but useful info.
