His favorite hideout is on the right, just across from the sports complex, by a small A-frame type building, or just East of the traffic light at the intersection of Texas Hwys 6 & 16.

Police will sit off the road near an A-frame building on the south bound side of Hwy 6 or at a nearby parking lot. Normal speed through this area is 35 mph however there is a school zone (20 MPH on a state hwy)in the area. The school zone flashes at various times through the day so you have to be very careful. The police seem to enforce this area especially on the weekends when there is more out of town traffic.
