Motorcycle officers sit behind the overpass support pillars and catch both North and South bound traffic. Usually 2-4 officers working at the same time. Have also seen an officer on the entrance ramp from 2499 to South-bound 121 clocking traffic on 121.
State Highway 114 near State Highway 121
A state trooper sits in a camaro off to the side of the road on 114 before the 121 and 635 exit. He usually sits under street lights that are’nt illuminated. He will tag oncoming cars in both directions.
US Highway 114 near Main Street
Motorcycle police sit on the shoulder of Hwy 114 and shoot laser into oncoming traffic. You can alway count on 1 or 2 motorcycle policemen to be there in the mornings and afternoons during rush hour. It’s very hard to see them until you’re right in front of them because of the grassy medium.
Ball Street near Ira E. Woods Boulevard

North Dooley going to and from Lake Grapevine north of Business Hwy 114
Speed limit is 30MPH and strictly enforced. Cars either sit along the curb in the shopping plaza at Bus 114 and N. Dooley looking for cars heading southbound OR sit back under the trees at the cemetery shooting across N. Dooley OR sit back at the top of the street by Silverlake Elementary School. Normally monitored by marked cruisers and is on high priority watch.
