No trap … just a warning. There are few areas within Katy that have allowable speeds greater than 30 mph and twenty seven full time police officers in the City of Katy.

They will write you up for the slightest of infractions.

Gotta pay all those salaries somehow folks !

State Highway 99 near Kingsland Boulevard

Going westbound on Kingsland turning southbound onto 99 Grand Parkway. Left turn is NOT marked for two left lanes to turn. Cop is usually sitting in CVS parking lot and will ticket you for illegal turn if you turn left from middle lane.
