When traveling east bound on Hwy 190 after the W. S. Young overpass. The speed limit is 60, but only posted once. Office parked off shoulder in grass behind dropoff of hill. Blind spot for driver. Top the hill. Too late. There he is. Speed limit changes to 70 about .2 miles past his position

Police set up near school zones looking for those who use the road daily and forget the speed zones change when school starts! These are VERY expensive fines so slow down in school zones no matter what time of day during this time period.

Killeen PD post up in the car dealerships parking lot or Rosewood Nursing home driveway behind the sign or right before it in the entrance to the small plaza on right, I live nearby and watch them pull one car over after another. Also HHPD sits up in the Uptown Liquor parkinglot facing traffic, they too pull one car over after another, Be careful if you like to exceed 45mph.

Coming southbound from U.S. Hwy.190 on E. Stan Schuelter Loop, a motorcycle officer will sit in the parking lot of Auto Depot behind the wall, to run laser.

Lots of State Troopers have been posted up in various locations, usually after turns on 190, east and west bound. Also, they will cut from being west bound across the ditch and follow you to east.
