League City, Texas Speed Traps

Police park on curve near community pool, and catch drivers on radar that exceed the Very Low Speed Limit of 25 MPH.

On Bay Area Blvd between FM 528 and FM 518 the League City police are always working the area it is posted at 35 mph and should be at least 45. They don’t give warning either.

Parks on any side streets near Austin in Tuscan Lakes

Trap is set on the south side of the Clear Creek bridge. If you’re coming South on Bay Area, the speed limit drops to 35 mph right before the bridge. You can’t see them until it’s too late. Watch the brake lights from cars in front of you.

This is a dirt road but long with no stop signs between Walker and FM646. The Police vehicle maintenance shop/gas station is on this road. People are constantly pulled over for speeding.
