Live Oak, Texas Speed Traps
Toepperwein Road West Bound From I-35 to Raintree Forrest
Live Oak Police Sets at Bottom of Hill on Businesses on the Left side before rail road tracks and speed traps people coming down the hill or from far over the hill for a low speed of 40 that transitions conveniently to only 35. This area of road is a two lanes on each side and should be higher limit but is kept that way for the Live Oak Police to make DAILY revenue.
North Bound Biltmore Lakes 78233
Speed limit is 20 mph and is down hill so if you do not ride your break, you will get a ticket. They park at the subdivision community basketball court their is just enough clearance between the trees to get a view of the cars coming down the hill. I live very close to this and see tickets given out daily for years!
North Bound LookOut Rd just south of Loop 1604
Speed limit is 35 mph and is down hill so if you do not ride your break, you will get a ticket. I live very close to this and see tickets given out daily for years!
Oak Terrace (near Village Oak)
From time to time the police sit there looking for people coming over the hill). The speed limit is only 20 mph.
O’connor Road near Randolph Boulevard
patrolled at intervals and only a 1/2 mile stretch is Live Oak. San Antonio on the west sees little in the way of patrol vehicles and Bexar County on the east sees even less. Lot’s of action especially late in the month [of course there’s no such thing as a ticket quota]
