Another small town in need of funds. It may be a 4 lane highway all the way through town, but the speed drops down to 40 mph. If you are over by 3 miles you better be watching your back.

The Highway curves as it comes into town and the speed limit goes to 40 fairly qwickly and further out from the town than seems necessary.

They have a cop that is tough, espically when that cop is hiding on the west end of town.
