State Trooper in black marked cruiser usually sits in grassy area on right just past the Village/Horizon exit before the Ridge Rd exit. State Trooper and/or local Rockwall PD/Sherrif will sit on inside left shoulder just past the Highway 205 exit I-30 Eastbound.

hardly any signs coming into rockwall.poorly informed rookie cops look like their eighteen years old.they will wreak havok on your personal freedom. no common sense whatsoever!!!
