Roman Forest, Texas Speed Traps
Roman Forest Boulevard near Tram Road Intersection
Up to three officers at a time sit at the intersection of Tram Road and Roman Forest Blvd. This is technically out of the jurisdiction of RF Police, but it doesn’t stop them from sitting there two at a time. This is possibly where they hide from their boss. If a RF cop is waiting, count on a Montgomery County Constable also being there. The median is the perfect place to hide right out in the open. The Boulevard curves so you cannot see them until it is too late. The intersection is heavily wooded so people on Tram Road also cannot see them. The speed limit is 35. RF cops have poor concepts of what it means to stop at a stop sign. I know several people that received tickets because they didn’t stop for five seconds. If you are Tram Road, be sure you count!
