There are no speed signs posted when traveling from Nacogdoches to IH 35 on Toepperwein. I was stopped by the Live Oak Police travelling toward me and clocked exceeding the speed limit by 15 Mph. Remember there are no speed signs posted in the direction I was traveling. I fought the ticket and won. You can’t be cited for violating a speed posting that is not posted. By the way, I was not speeding. Another revenue generator for the city of Live Oak.
